ASIAGRAPH 2012 CG Art Gallery Special Public Competition
REALLUSION AWARD 2012 Application Guidelines


Special public competition division of ASIAGRAPH 2012 will call for entries of original animation work created with iClone and CrazyTalk Animator of REALLUSION.   iClone and CrazyTalk Animator are image expression tools that totally differ in concept from standard major software used for CG animation production.  Their various functions, added as new versions came out, are not only very easy to use, but also enable dramatic and unique expression.  By using this Asian-born outstanding software, please break new genre of image contents.
Application Period
  • 2012/6/30-8/31
Applicant Eligibility
Student or student group who was born, lives, or is a citizen of an Asian country (graduation project is also acceptable).
Work Requirement
Any theme is acceptable.  Animation work must be mainly created with iClone and/or CrazyTalk Animator (other software can be used in addition to iClone and/or CrazyTalk Animator).  Length of work must be between 15 seconds to 5 minutes.
※ Educational institution may rent iClone and/or CrazyTalk Animator for free during a set period.   Please refer to the website of the distributor in your area.
Application Requirement
Must be unpublished original CG animation work made after 2011.  One individual or group can only submit 1 work.  Part of image, model, character, and/or video used during creation of work can be used or published for commercial and non-commercial use.  However, one may not submit to another division of ASIAGRAPH.
Selection Method
Works passed through preliminary selection in their country will enter final selection.  Winners will be decided by ASIAGRAPH CG Art Gallery selection committee.
Winner Announcement
Winners will be announced on ASIAGRAPH website.
Winning works will be screened at ASIAGRAPH CG Art Gallery.
